Going out to make Christ known

Global Mission Connection

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit
Matthew 28:19

The Presbyterian Church has been sending missionaries to serve internationally since 1837, and  though the role of mission has evolved, God continues to call us to meet urgent needs in a changing world.
Presbyterians have established global relationships and partnerships with a network of 150 mission workers in over 50 countries. The Mission Ministry Team invites you to, once again, considering giving support to two mission teams that are at work in the world: Jim and Jodie McGill in Niger; and the Rev. Dr. Karla Koll in Costa Rica. Prayer cards with information about each team are available on the welcome table in the narthex.

You can support them, first of all, by praying for them and for those with whom they work and for those they serve. You can also write to them at the address or email address on the card, and let them know that you are praying. And you can support them financially. Lenten Mission Connection envelopes are available, and your gift will be recorded on your giving statement. The prayer cards also include ways to give more directly, if you choose.
